Return Process

  Log into your Trenbe account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luxury experts verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
